Leatherwood Cottages Rates & Information

1 Bedroom Cottage - 1 king bed or 2 double beds in the bedroom
(Cottages with a sleeper sofa in the living room available).
Normal Rate:
$80/day (plus tax)
$475/week (plus tax)
Holiday and October Rate:
$90/day (plus tax)
$550/week (plus tax)
Our one-bedroom cottages have a choice of two double beds or a king-size bed.  Some of the cottages also have a sleeper sofa in the living room.  Price is for party of two to four (2-4). There is an extra charge for additional person(s). Some cottages are designated non-smoking.  MONTHLY RATES ARE AVAILABLE.

2 Bedroom/1 bath Cottage - 1 queen bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Normal Rate:
$125/day (plus tax)
$675/week (plus tax)
Holiday and October Rate: $140/day(plus tax)
$725/week (plus tax)
Our two-bedroom (1 bath) cottage (#14) has a queen bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This is our most secluded cottage.

We are not equipped to handle credit cards, but we do accept personal checks.  Also, no pets are allowed in our cottages (no exceptions).
